Our steers are Black Angus.

Naturally raised means we do not use any growth hormones or antibiotics in our beef program.

Our steers are grass fed and grass finished. Their diet consists of a blend of grasses, clovers, alfalfa, oats, peas, rye, and wheat. In the summer they feed themselves on 250 acres of lush pastures. In the winter they are fed the same pasture blends in the form of round bales that are harvested in the summer and stored until needed.

Our steers are processed at a local USDA inspected facility, that specializes in grass fed beef.
